Nutrition Cards set is 179 nutrition cards used for food awareness, relays and games.
One side shows food with no indication of the correct food group.

On the other side, the color of card indicates food group to match the Learnercise Nutrition mat along with a breakdown on the recommended portion size and calorie of the item on the front of the card.

There are 5 different color coordinate cards:

Grains/Bread
Vegetables
Fruits
Milk/Dairy
Meat/Protein
