The K-2 Classroom Lesson Plan Binder integrates lesson plans utilizing Learnercise Phone and Clock Mats.

• Seat work using Phone and Clock Desk Mats.
• Movement connection activities using the Learnercise Phone and Clock Mats for active learning.
• Extensions on how to enhance or expand the lesson.
• Worksheets and cut-out manipulative pieces to utilize on the Desk Mats.

The GeoMotion binder is an organizational structure that has additional lesson plans available for math, literacy, nutrition, GeoFitness, GeoDance, and games/other activities.

Included with the binder is the GeoVariety K–2 DVD which is tailor made to fit a classroom environment using the GeoFitness Mat or Learnercise Phone Mat and is made up of five 15-minute sections covering all aspects of GeoMotion curriculum. Each section begins with a warm-up and ends with an open-ended behavior question for classroom participation.

This DVD is packed full of fun, combining different aspects to facilitate learning, body awareness, math, shapes, and hip-hop! GeoVariety always uses developmentally appropriate music. Game activities are integrated to allow students to move while learning, the core idea behind Learnercise.
