The 3-5 Classroom Lesson Plan Binder integrates lesson plans utilizing Learnercise Phone and Clock Mats.

The GeoMotion binder is an organizational structure that has additional lesson plans available for math, literacy, nutrition, GeoFitness, GeoDance, and games/other activities.

Included with the binder is the GeoVariety 3–5 DVD. Featuring Cheri Linden, Master Trainer and Choreographer, this DVD demonstrates easy-to-follow activities that combine fitness, learning, and dance to build confidence and teamwork.

GeoVariety 3-5 DVD which is tailor made to fit a classroom environment using the GeoFitness Mat or Learnercise Phone Mat and is made up of five 15-minute sections covering all aspects of GeoMotion curriculum. Each section begins with a warm-up and ends with an open-ended behavior question for classroom participation.

This DVD is packed full of fun, combining different aspects to facilitate learning, body awareness, math, shapes, and hip-hop! GeoVariety always uses developmentally appropriate music. Game activities are integrated to allow students to move while learning, the core idea behind Learnercise.
