The Exercise Your Smarts curriculum provides educational music lyrics and posters so young people can learn more about their bodies and why to exercise. While moving, students are listening to educational lyrics about their bodies, health, and how to improve their fitness.

Each song on the Exercise Your Smarts CDs teaches about a health, fitness or exercise concept. Ten posters are included in the curriculum. The posters reinforce the concepts in the songs and lesson activities providing a visual connection with the content.
