The 57” X 57” GeoFitness Mats are specifically for functional training or for individuals with large ranges of motion. They are used for high school athletes and tall adults. (not always carried in catalog). The 57 X 57" inch low impact 3/8” fatigue mats are black with nine blue numbers and directional symbols (N,S,E,W). Participants have their own personal space that is low impact and learn more easily by following numbers and cues. Packages include options to select DVDs, CDs, and Learning/Task Cards so student’s interests can be considered in selecting curriculum.

The GeoFitness Mats can be used for every level from elementary through adult for learning, fitness, and dance. There are many rich curriculum options including low level or beginning choreography, math integration, Latin, Hip Hop, & partner dance, aerobics, kick-boxing, speed and agility moves, functional training, in a circuit, as a target, and for relays.
