Learnercise Nutrition Mat

The Learnercise Nutrition Mat curriculum encourages moving while learning about types of foods, food groups, and serving sizes on the colorful 36"x36" nutrition mat. The mat allows abstract ideas to become concrete and provides deep contextual meaning that helps children learn.

Music is utilized in the multi-sensory activities to reinforce fun academic concepts. Children can snap on the grains, stomp on the dairy, and twist on the vegetables while learning; all while increasing physical activity and imparting the joy of moving.

Specifically developed curriculum enhances learning opportunities using multi-sensory learning as children build the foundation of nutritional knowledge.
